As a Chartered Surveyor I advised my parents to immediately obtain the services of a professional. To navigate this road without previous experience would be unimaginable. We sought recommendations and we fortunate to obtain the services of Sean Manicle who arrived with a steady hand and wealth of experience and a 'bedside manner' that was perfect for all of us who were upset by what had happened. Despite him being a stranger we took to him immediately and knew we were in the right hands. While the building works are still on-going the claim with our insurance company is already literally days from being settled thanks to Sean's guidance and experience. The ride has been bumpy but this turbulence was easy to negotiate with Sean at the end of a phone every step of the way. In fact he regularly chose to attend in person such was his dedication and excellent work ethic. At all times Sean was calm and reassuring and he made a very difficult situation easier. Sean went above and beyond in all his dealings. While his primary role was to ensure we were best represented in our claim with our insurance company, he also took the role of project manager, helping and recommending professional services such as builders, electricians, engineers and more, something my parents found too daunting and I was unable to handle being so far away.
